caja-image-converter software package provides Caja extension to mass resize or rotate images, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install caja-image-converter
caja-image-converter is installed in your system.
Make ensure the caja-image-converter package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep caja-image-converter *
You will get with caja-image-converter package name, version, architecture and description in a table
